NEW YORK — The Mets clubhouse was unusually quiet and empty in Citi Field on Tuesday. Likely the cause of uncertainty regarding the weather, but still noticeable.

What’s typically a jovial environment, players congregating at each other lockers, others shooting basketballs at a hoop installed before the start of the season, was oddly tame ahead of game two against the Tigers.
