A fast-casual pizza chain abruptly shut two of its New Jersey locations down.
MOD Pizza closed its spots in Cherry Hill and Marlton on March 22.
“This location is permanently closed. We are incredibly grateful for your patronage and support over the years,’ signs read on the location’s doors.
A reason for the closing has not been announced. The closings were first reported by a South Jersey-based community Facebook page “A View From Evesham”.
MOD recently made a sudden closing in Texas as well. A store manager cited “not enough business” as a reason for the shuttering of the Flower Mound location.
MOD offers individual-style artisan pizzas, salads, desserts and more.
The company — which is based in Seattle, Washington — currently operates 534 locations nationwide.
