One of 2023′s most popular viral recipes has made the jump from social media to the Jersey Shore.
If you’ve spent any time on TikTok, Instagram or Twitter this summer, there’s a good chance you’ve seen the wildly popular smash burger tacos. The dish consists of a thin patty of raw beef pressed into a tortilla and then fried, meat side down so the burger cooks into the tortilla. The burger is then flipped so the tortilla gets crispy as well.
